Refund policy

Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at seeashayurveda@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 99880 32327. If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our products (consumable Ayurvedic formulations and personal care items), we do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been delivered, opened, or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at seeashayurveda@gmail.com with photos/video of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will send a free replacement. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged or incorrect items — only replacement.

Order Not Received:
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our courier partner. If the order is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a free replacement.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
If a COD order is cancelled before dispatch, no payment has been made, so no refund is applicable. For dispatched COD orders, the above Returns and Damaged/Incorrect Items terms apply.
